Will Ferrell attended a Kings hockey game dressed as Buddy the Elf, but this time, his character looked a bit disgruntled.
Ferrell was spotted at the Crypto Arena during a game between the Philadelphia Flyers and the Los Angeles Kings, wearing a disheveled version of his iconic Elf costume.
“Buddy the Elf is a huge Kings fan. But we’ve never, ever seen him like this,”
said FanDuel Sports Network broadcaster Carrlyn Bathe. Ferrell's appearance as a rundown Buddy the Elf, complete with a 5 o’clock shadow and a cigarette, was a departure from the character's usual festive spirit.
