Romania No Longer Risks Losing EU Funding
Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare stated that Romania is no longer at risk of losing EU funding for 2026.
According to Nazare, the country was previously close to having its funding suspended in July, but the new government has taken necessary steps in the past 100 days, changing the situation to "another reality".

Nazare announced that Romania will submit the revised Medium-Term Structural Fiscal Budget Plan to the European Commission on October 15, incorporating the impact of the first and second packages of reforms.
