Cold Case Solved After 60 Years
Investigators have solved a cold case more than 60 years after a 9-year-old girl was raped and murdered inside a Pennsylvania church, according to prosecutors.
Carol Ann Dougherty was sexually assaulted and strangled to death, and her body was found in St. church.
The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced that a grand jury investigation identified William Schrader as the person responsible for her murder.
