Former NC Lawmaker Posts Bond After Child Sex Offenses Charges
Former state Rep. Cecil Brockman, charged with child sex offenses last month, posted bond Tuesday, according to court records.
The conditions of his release, outlined in a new court document, include living with his mother, surrendering his phone and passport, and providing a DNA sample and fingerprints.
