Former state Rep. Cecil Brockman, charged with child sex offenses last month, posted bond on Tuesday, according to court records.
The conditions of his release, outlined in a new court document, include living with his mother, surrendering his phone and passport, and providing a DNA sample and fingerprints.
Brockman's bond was reduced from $1.05 million to $250,000 on Monday.
