Anthony Joshua's Boxing Future
The heavyweight division in boxing is currently in a holding pattern, with few big bouts on the horizon.
Anthony Joshua, also known as "AJ", has been out of the boxing ring for over a year without a scheduled fight date or opponent.
Eddie Hearn, Joshua's promoter, stated in an interview that it is "very unlikely" Joshua will fight in 2025, following his last bout in September 2024, where he suffered a stunning KO loss to Daniel Dubois.
Hearn aims for Joshua's return to the ring in February 2026, rather than rushing into a tune-up fight before the end of 2025.
