Rugby Wins Gold Award for 16th Consecutive Year
Rugby has achieved several awards at the prestigious Heart of England in Bloom competition, marking a blooming success.
The town's entry in this year's competition, run by the Royal Horticulture Society (RHS), followed the theme "Plants and People." Rugby retained the Gold in the Small City category and received the judge's discretionary award for Horticultural Excellence and the Heart of England in Bloom Overall Winner.
