The Property Data Trust Framework has secured £742,700 in government funding to revolutionize the homebuying and selling process.
The project, led by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) and in partnership with the Open Property Data Association (OPDA) and Open Banking pioneers Raidiam, aims to cut completion times by up to two-thirds.
The framework will establish the technical, regulatory, and security standards required for large-scale adoption, enabling 'sandbox' testing and secure data sharing among all parties involved in a transaction.
