iPark 87 Faces Tax Troubles and Mixed Development Progress

National Resources, the developer of iPark 87, is delinquent on multiple tax bills, echoing the site's prior history of unpaid taxes under former owner Alan Ginsberg.

The tax arrears come as Ulster BOCES opens a 100,000-square-foot Career & Technical Center at the complex under a long-term lease. However, much of the ambitious build-out National Resources once touted has yet to materialize.

No comment from National Resources on the tax delinquency and development progress.

The project faces additional challenges following the sudden death of iPark 87's president, Joe Cotter, on October 26, 2024.

Author's summary: iPark 87 faces tax troubles and mixed development progress.
