Teacher and Soccer Coach Accused of Sexual Assault
A Kentucky teacher is facing charges after allegedly sexually abusing a 10-year-old elementary student in a school bathroom during a power outage.
The incident occurred during the 2018-2019 school year at Boonesborough Elementary. The teacher, Charles Hamilton, surrendered to authorities after an arrest warrant was issued.
