Drivers from Airdrie heading into Calgary should be aware that the Calgary Police Service will operate photo radar throughout November 2025 in various neighbourhoods.

- McKenzie Towne
- Mount Pleasant

- Pump Hill
- Ramsay
- Renfrew
- Shaganappi
- Shawnessy
- West Hillhurst
In addition to fixed locations, photo-radar vehicles will be active in construction zones where workers are present.
Intersection Safety Cameras
The city operates 57 Intersection Safety Camera sites that monitor red-light violations.
Five of these cameras also have the capability to ticket drivers who speed through green lights.
