Ben Shapiro launched a harsh critique against Tucker Carlson, accusing the former Fox News host of “normalizing Nazism” by featuring white nationalist Nick Fuentes on his show.
In a detailed monologue titled “Tucker Carlson Sabotages America,” Shapiro stated,
“This is not about free speech.”He labeled Carlson as “an intellectual coward, a dishonest interlocutor, and a terrible friend,” and claimed Carlson has become “the most virulent super-spreader of vile ideas in America.”
Shapiro accused Carlson of acting as “an ideological launderer,” who softens extremist rhetoric from figures like Fuentes, making such views more acceptable within the GOP.
After Carlson’s interview with Fuentes, Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts defended Carlson, praising him as a
“close ally”of the conservative organization. Roberts denounced critics trying to cancel Carlson, describing them as a
“venomous coalition” seeking to create division.
Shapiro reacted angrily to Roberts’ support, emphasizing that
“Kevin said openly that Tucker Carlson can do nothing ever that will sever his relationship with the conservative movement.”
Author's summary: Ben Shapiro fiercely condemns Tucker Carlson for promoting white nationalist views and criticizes the Heritage Foundation’s support of Carlson amid the controversy.
