The Wayward Oni Raiders are an Oshima Coast Bounty in Ghost of Yotei. This group consists of Oni warriors from Ishikari Plain who have traveled south for unknown reasons.

How to Locate the Wayward Oni Raiders

Begin this Bounty by visiting Lord Kato's estate at the Matsumae Residences, situated in the heart of Oshima Coast. This location is also the starting point for the Tale called The New Lord, but you must complete the Bounty first.

At the estate, one of Kato's men will inform you that the Oni Raiders are near the entrance to Oshima Coast. Travel north past the Atago Rice Fields to find their camp right at the region's entrance.

Defeating the Wayward Oni Raiders

The Wayward Oni Raiders are a small group of Oni men, so they pose a manageable challenge. You start the encounter with the advantage of stealth, allowing you to quietly eliminate some guards with arrows before initiating a Standoff with the remaining foes.

Use your quickfire tools and weapons to swiftly overpower the Oni Raiders. Their surprise at your skills will give you the upper hand.

The last Oni Raider confessed, "We were chasing a thief in the area."
