Nano Banana Image Editing Comes to AI Mode and Google Lens
Nano Banana, a hit in the Gemini app, is now being integrated into AI Mode and Google Lens, bringing image editing and generation capabilities.
In AI Mode, a new 'plus' icon is added to the bottom-left corner of the prompt box, while voice input and Lens are moved to the right.
- Access to Gallery, Camera, and Create Images with a banana emoji is available through this menu.
- Users can generate new images or edit existing ones by adding an image.
- Generated images feature a Gemini spark watermark in the bottom-right corner and can be downloaded and shared.
Nano Banana has been a hit in the Gemini app, and Google is now bringing the model’s viral image editing and generation to AI Mode, as well as Google Lens.
