Sixers Storm Back to Shock Wizards in OT
The Philadelphia 76ers, still unbeaten, moved to 4-0 on the season after a remarkable comeback against the Washington Wizards.
Trendon Watford made his Sixers debut after recovering from a hamstring injury, while Joel Embiid returned to the lineup after sitting out the previous game. Tyrese Maxey had a strong start, scoring 12 points in the first quarter.
Despite Maxey's efforts, the Sixers trailed 40-32 after the first quarter due to poor defense and the Wizards' hot shooting, led by Alex Sarr with 13 points.
