Lorenz Kraus, the Albany man accused of killing his parents and burying their bodies in his backyard, is due back in court for a compliance hearing.

The alleged incident occurred between July 2017 and September 2017 at 6 Crestwood Court, according to court documents, where Kraus allegedly killed his parents, Franz and Theresia Kraus.

Kraus admitted to smothering his father and choking his mother in a television interview.

Kraus' attorney, Rebekah Sokol, was contacted regarding the potential suppression of this confession, but she stated that her motions are not due for another month and no decisions have been made yet.
