India-based Miraqules has developed a nanotechnology that mimics blood clotting proteins to quickly stop heavy bleeding.
Miraqules co-founder and CEO Sabir Hossain created a biotech company around this technology, which could have helped his father after a near-tragic accident.
How it Works
The nanotechnology is in powder form and rapidly produces fibrous compounds at room temperature, absorbing blood quickly when applied.
This is a product that will give you feedback instantly. If there is a person bleeding, you apply it, and the bleeding stops. This whole thing happens within one or two minutes.
Miraqules will showcase its technology at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025.
