Science Museum Sues to Remove Neighbor's Billboard
The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science in Miami is suing the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to remove a large digital billboard operated by the Pérez Art Museum Miami (Pamm).
The billboard, which faces the MacArthur Causeway, is claimed to be in violation of state laws and may jeopardize future federal highway funding for Florida.
The dispute over the billboard was previously settled between Pamm and the city of Miami last month.
