Trump Terminates Trade Talks with Canada
US President Donald Trump announced the termination of all trade talks with Canada due to a "fraudulent" television advertisement featuring the late President Ronald Reagan speaking negatively about tariffs.
"The Ronald Reagan Foundation has just announced that Canada has fraudulently used an advertisement, which is FAKE, featuring Ronald Reagan speaking negatively about Tariffs,"
Trump claimed that the advertisement was created to interfere with the decision of the US Supreme Court and other courts. As a result, he stated that all trade negotiations with Canada are terminated.
According to Trump,
"Based on their egregious behavior, ALL TRADE NEGOTIATIONS WITH CANADA ARE HEREBY TERMINATED"
