Knicks' Head Coach Gives Gloomy Outlook on Mitchell Robinson's Load Management

The New York Knicks are uncertain when Mitchell Robinson will return to the court.

After playing in the first three preseason games, Robinson has not played since, as the team takes a cautious approach with him.

He missed the season opener against the Cleveland Cavaliers and was ruled out for Friday's game against the Boston Celtics.

The team claims he hasn't suffered a new injury, but is simply resting his surgically repaired ankle.

“There may be a stretch of five games where we may sit him,”

said head coach Mike Brown, via SNY's Ian Begley.

Brown also noted that

“There’s no definition of what load management is.”
