Cielo Vista Medical Commons Breaks Ground in Peoria, Arizona
Irgens has begun construction on Cielo Vista Medical Commons, a two-phase medical office development.
- Location: 26425 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, Peoria
- Total rentable space: up to 80,000 square feet
- Land area: 6.6 acres
The project is being marketed for lease by Sheila Bale and Erika Eckblad of Cushman & Wakefield.
Phase I: Lake Building
A single-story, 30,178-square-foot medical office building with adjacent parking and site infrastructure, expected to be completed by June 2026.
Phase II: Summit Building
A two-story, 50,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building with a gurney-sized elevator and additional parking.
Both buildings will feature brick masonry facades, flexible floor plates, and state-of-the-art HVAC systems, delivered in shell condition.
