Vincent High School Wins Against Isabella

Vincent High School pitched a second-half shutout against Isabella High School, mounting a comeback on the road to win 33-28.

This win marks seven wins out of the last eight games for Vincent High School. The Yellow Jackets outscored Isabella 16-0 in the second half to earn the win, locking their top-two seed in Class 2A Region 5 for the state playoffs.

“It means a lot because I think we have one of the toughest regions in the state,”

said Vincent head coach Lucas Weatherford. This will be the fourth consecutive year Vincent has made the Class 2A state playoffs, and the third out of the four years it will host in the first round.
