Air France has further elevated its business and first class cabins with the introduction of Daniel Boulud's Michelin-level cuisine.
The experience begins with a simple yet perfect combination: warm bread and salted butter, specifically golden Isigny butter from Normandy on a fresh seeded roll, paired with a flute of Taittinger Brut Reserve.
This new business class menu is a collaboration between Boulud and Dominique Crenn, with Boulud being the latest addition to Air France's culinary partnerships, following Crenn's partnership since 2024.
