Florida's Chief Financial Officer, Blaise Ingoglia, announced a record-breaking $58 million in unclaimed assets returned to residents in September.

“We’re working every day to reunite hardworking taxpayers, families, and small businesses with the money they have earned.”

The Florida Treasure Hunt program allows residents to search for unclaimed funds on its website, with 1 in 5 Floridians having unclaimed assets, including forgotten bank accounts, insurance payments, utility deposits, and stock dividends.
