Tour Showcases Door County’s Vintage Bowling Spots

Bowling alleys have changed significantly over the last few decades, with features like automatic ball returns, digital scorekeepers, and animations on televisions between rounds. For a more retro experience, the Bowling Center Association of Wisconsin (BCAW) is hosting a vintage bowling alley tour in the greater Door County area.
The tour includes three stops:
- Mally’s Spare Time in Greenleaf
- The Sister Bay Bowl
- The Dyckesville Bowl
“It’s just fun and different to go to a bowling alley that maybe doesn’t have glow bowling and the disco lights, as much fun as that can be sometimes,”
said BCAW Executive Director Alyssa Klopatek.
