Chronic Donegal Drug-Driver Warned of Prison Sentence
A Buncrana man, Patrick Demczuk, has been warned that he could face prison if he reoffends after being caught drug driving on three separate occasions.
Demczuk, a 32-year-old Polish native, pleaded guilty to three charges of driving under the influence of drugs, as well as separate charges of drug possession and dangerous driving, at Buncrana District Court.
“all the charges arise out of the same lifestyle issue”
According to Garda Sergeant Conor Mulkerns, the first detection was made on April 7, 2023.
