A Modern Alternative to VLC
I love VLC Media Player for Windows 11, but its interface is downright archaic.
VLC has been the go-to program for a free and open-source (FOSS) Windows media player with broad file format and codec compatibility.

- Free of clutter and bloat
The "get it done" media player that'll successfully play back any and all video file types, no matter how obscure.
However, VLC isn't perfect, its user interface leaves something to be desired, following legacy Win32 design sensibilities.
That's where the excellent Screenbox app comes into play, a VLC replacement that doesn’t look like it’s from 2002.
