Dispatch Dev Responds to Season 2 Requests

AdHoc Studios has addressed growing fan interest in a second season of its popular adventure game Dispatch. A senior official from the company revealed that the team is actively "thinking" about continuing the series, though they have not yet committed to producing more episodes.

Success of Dispatch

Dispatch, an episodic adventure game starring Aaron Paul, launched in October 2025 and quickly gained massive popularity. Created by a studio founded by former Telltale Games experts, the game reportedly sold over 1 million copies in its first ten days on the market. Despite having its final two episodes still unreleased, fans have been eagerly requesting a second season since the game's premiere.

Developer's Statement on Season 2

During a recent episode of SkillUp's The Friends Per Second podcast, AdHoc Studio co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Pierre Shorette commented on the possibility of continuing Dispatch. He said:

“We're gonna have to at least think about Season 2 now.”

Shorette emphasized that while the success of Dispatch has prompted consideration for a new season, the studio is not yet ready to make any firm promises.

Episodic Adventure Games Context

Episodic adventure games have long been a significant format in the gaming industry, with studios like Telltale Games setting a precedent for engaging storytelling through episodic content.

Summary: AdHoc Studios acknowledges strong fan demand for Dispatch Season 2, cautiously considering continuation without making firm commitments yet.
