He is also expected to vacate Royal Lodge — the 30-room mansion he shares with Ferguson — and relocate to a home on the Sandringham estate.

On Saturday, several boxes of Devaux Champagne were seen being unloaded from a Majestic Wines van outside the Grade II-listed Royal Lodge. The delivery appeared to signal that Andrew is making the most of his remaining time in the residence before moving out.

Despite living under the same roof for more than twenty years, Andrew and Ferguson reportedly spend much of their time apart. They are said to sleep at opposite ends of the mansion, meeting mainly during mealtimes.
