During a timeout in the third quarter of the Rebels’ game against The Citadel, former Ole Miss pole vaulter Drew O’Connor took the field for a field goal promotion. His girlfriend, Madison Barnette, joined him as the holder. Instead of kicking the ball, O’Connor knelt down and proposed.
