Pete Davidson unexpectedly appeared on Saturday Night Live, joining Colin Jost during the “Weekend Update” segment to discuss a Staten Island Ferry they co-own.
“The New York Times recently ran an article calling the Staten Island Ferry that I purchased with Pete Davidson a ‘money losing fiasco.’ With more on this, is Pete Davidson,” Jost said as Davidson rolled into the shot.
Davidson responded, “Colin, you’re looking great as ever. [Michael] Che, starting to crack,” then joked about his recent comedy trip and upcoming fatherhood.
Davidson quipped, “So yeah, in case you’re wondering why I had to do a show in Saudi Arabia, we’re losing millions on this ferry. I assume that’s what the article says. I can’t spend $5 on a paywall when I got a kid on the way.”
