Rico Nasty invited Hayley Williams as a surprise guest during her concert at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles. Williams, known as the Paramore singer, joined Rico for a performance of the 2020 hit “Smack a Bitch” from Rico's debut album Nightmare Vacation.
Both artists shared vocals and danced energetically before embracing on stage amidst cheers from the audience. Rico expressed her excitement, saying,
“You guys had no idea!”
Williams waved goodbye to the fans as the show marked the final stop of Rico Nasty’s Lethal North American tour. The tour began in September with a Riot Fest performance and supported her latest album Lethal, released in May. This album is her third studio release and her first under the Fueled by Ramen label.
Rico and Williams had performed together before, during Paramore’s 2023 headlining concert at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. Rico made a guest appearance performing the hit “Misery Business.” Reflecting on the experience, Rico shared with Billboard:
“It was an amazing experience. And it felt like, I don’t know, my inner child really jumped out. And I hadn’t seen her in a while. Like I hadn’t seen her in a while on stage. I hadn’t seen her in a while backstage, like amongst the team like that. So I was like, ‘Wow, like this feels nice.’ And then I got to talk to Hayley.”
This unexpected stage reunion highlighted the strong artistic connection between Rico Nasty and Hayley Williams, thrilling fans and celebrating their musical partnership.
