A suspicious package caused several people to fall ill and led to the evacuation of buildings at Joint Base Andrews near Washington. Those affected were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The base administration confirmed that the evacuation followed after a person opened a suspicious envelope containing an unknown white powder.
