Lego has unveiled its inaugural Star Trek set, which recreates the iconic USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D from the popular series Star Trek: The Next Generation. The detailed model consists of 3,600 pieces and will be available starting November 28, 2025, priced at $399.99. It is recommended for builders aged 18 and over.
The Enterprise D was prominently featured in the television series The Next Generation (1987–1994) and the 1994 film Star Trek: Generations. Lego’s model accurately captures the starship’s distinguishing features, including its signature saucer section, secondary hull, and warp nacelles, adorned with red and blue highlights.
To mark the launch, Lego and Paramount Products & Experiences will hold events on Black Friday. Highlights include a meet-and-greet with the set’s designer, Hans Burkhand Schlömer, at the Lego Store in London’s Leicester Square.
Fans who purchase the set before December 1 will receive a bonus Type-15 Federation shuttlepod named Onizuka — a tribute to astronaut Ellison Onizuka, who died in the 1986 Challenger disaster.
This launch celebrates both the cultural legacy of Star Trek and Lego’s commitment to intricate design and fan engagement.
