Once again, the world witnesses the signing of a ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Palestinian resistance. While some hope for reconstruction in Gaza, skepticism dominates among Palestinians, rooted in decades of betrayals. History reveals that Israel has never truly honored its commitments.
For the Zionist entity, each truce serves only as a tactical pause—a diplomatic move to regroup and plan further occupation and aggression.
The recent ceasefire was no exception: within days, the Israeli army, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, launched brutal attacks on the Gaza Strip, killing more than one hundred Palestinians, including 52 children, 23 women, 4 elderly individuals, and 7 people with disabilities, based on false claims that Hamas had attacked Israeli forces. Hamas denied these accusations and condemned the violations as deliberate sabotage of the agreement.
Leaders present included Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, US President Donald Trump, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, attending the summit in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, on October 13, 2025.

The cycle of ceasefire agreements followed by renewed violence continues to deepen Palestinian distrust and hampers real prospects for peace.
This pattern of ceasefires used as temporary pauses highlights a broader refusal by Israel to commit to lasting peace, perpetuating conflict and suffering in Gaza.
